All prices are cited exclusive of any applicable taxes, insurance and freight.

Customer agrees to pay through PayPal. PayPal accepts most credit cards. Billing will including shipping & handling incurred using the standard shipping method (FedEx Ground or UPS) unless otherwise specialized, in accordance with agreed upon payment terms.

Shipping

Orders for inventoried items will be typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after receipt of conformation of funds through PayPal. 

 Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS unless otherwise specified.  All shipping charges are invoiced to the customer.

Returns

Damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.  Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and must be received within 14 days, in new condition, to receive credit.  A 15% restocking fee may apply.   Fax return requests to 603-269-3332

Order Cancellation

A 10% cancellation fee may be applied to any pre-sale order cancellations.
